We listen to understand, not to reply. We put ourselves into the position of the receiver of our message. If someone does not understand what we say, we do not explain well enough.
3) Figure it out:
Life always presents unknown situations. We try to figure things out ourselves before asking for help and learn from it.
4) Authenticity:
We feel happiest if there is an environment that encourages our true selves. As a team, we create & hold space for each other, who we are and our differences. We celebrate ourselves. You do you. And I do me.
